• We typically offer full day (10 hour) and half day (5 hour) rates. We do our best to work with you - yes, even your student or editorial budgets! Email us with what you’re looking for and we’ll figure something out.

  • Yes! We love hosting events. We have hosted podcast recordings, brand launch parties, and micro weddings at our studio. Please reach out!

  • We can provide a courtesy hold but is not guaranteed without payment. When you confirm your booking (min 48 hours), we require a signed rental agreement, a valid Certificate of Insurance, and full payment.
    Additional rental equipment and cleaning charges may be billed separately, the day of the shoot.

  • We usually require a 5 hour minimum, but sometimes there are exceptions. Email us to ask.

  • We know sometimes, things come up and shoots fall through. If you cancel 48 hours before a shoot, you forfeit your deposit (50% of booking). If you cancel 24 hours, you forfeit the booking rate (100%)

  • Payment is required upon confirmation, minimum 48 hours before your booking. Equipment and additional cleaning charges may be billed after.

  • We require 24 hour notice to hold the studio. If you are renting equipment through us, we require 72 hours notice.

  • Our typical hours are 8am - 6pm. We can accomodate other schedules, so feel free to reach out and ask!

  • Yes! Although we do offer some equipment with each rental and have additional in-house equipment for rent. The list is here.

    Personal equipment can be brought in, but please note that there is no elevator so very large items/props might be tricky.

  • No elevator, but the studio is only up one short flight of stairs. Clients have never had an issue!
    Entrance is 34” wide.

  • Street parking is available. There are also plenty of parking garages nearby around Barclay’s Center.

  • Technically, this is not a sound stage. The street noise is typically low though. We have had a few podcast recording sessions at the studio without any issues!

  • In the main shooting space, ceilings are 20’ tall (veryyy high!). In the mezzanine and kitchen areas, ceilings are a bit over 8’ tall.

  • Yes, mostly. If equipment is being delivered or picked up outside of the rental day(s), there may be an additional fee. Email us to ask!

  • Yes! Just please clean up any messes they may make, otherwise we may have to charge an additional cleaning fee.

  • No, there’s no roof access

  • Smoke and fog must be approved by the studio beforehand (no surprises please!). Glitter and confetti will require an additional cleaning fee.

  • We do have a kitchen! It includes a full size fridge, an induction stovetop and wooden counter space. If you require specific kitchen/cooking things, please reach out and ask.
