Host your event at Prospect Studios

Looking for a bit more room to host an event or party? Rent the whole space for private occasions and get access to a private kitchen and bathroom and a flexible layout.

We welcome kids of all ages (and pets!) and happy to accommodate to make your day as stress-free and special as possible.

What’s Included

  • Events are typically $180/hour with 2 hour minimum (setup and breakdown times included in hours).

    Cleaning fees start at $50, and are dependent on type/length of event and number of guests.

  • You’re welcome to bring in whatever food and drink you would like.

    Alcohol can be served (but not sold)

    If you need caterers, a private chef, or a bartender, we’re happy to connect you!

    And of course, alcohol is permitted only to guests of legal drinking age.

  • Our standard hours are 8am-8pm but can be flexible.

    We’re happy and able to host late-night events, just ask!

  • We have furniture around the studio that is yours to use as you would like!

    Downstairs this includes: 1 couch, 2 coffee tables, 1 large (10-seater) wooden table, 4 dining chairs, and a makeup station / bar-height table with mirror.

    Folding tables (3) and folding chairs (10) are available on request.

    We will place a hold on the calendar for free, but require an up front payment and signature to confirm the booking.
